Platform Business Process – The Pulse is a low-risk, initial assessment designed to determine if a platform-based model is the right approach for your business idea. This half-day session provides a clear evaluation with a detailed report that outlines:

  • A platform is fit for your business idea
  • Stakeholder value propositions
  • Viable monetization methods
  • Key resources required

  • Based on this assessment, the report will offer guidance on whether to proceed with the full Platform Business Process (PBP). In some cases, we might go directly to the Investment Readiness Process (IRP by Beels®) to significantly enhance your suitability for investment.

    Platform Business Process – The main process is a comprehensive way to define and structure your platform business model including the following key components:
